Maintaining Do Not Call list compliance

Callaris AI provides tools but does not guarantee legal compliance. Consult with legal counsel to ensure your use complies with applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers (Twilio, OpenAI, Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

Pricing for the Service is available on our website. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

7.2 Billing

Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
Payment is processed automatically on your billing date
Usage-based charges (call minutes, SMS) are billed separately
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

8. Intellectual Property

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions.

9.2 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLARIS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Callaris AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may delete your data after 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
